My Background

Saturday morning cartoons and Sunday night Disney grew into a passion for traditional and digital art and animation that was fueled by Pixar and a later sophisticated pallet of Pop Surrealism.  Traditionally trained with a love for experimentation brings what you see before you.

I use many different mediums, such as Acrylics, Graphite, Ink, Sculpture and Digital. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to anyones artistic process. Each media manifests in its own individual style but I prefer the cleanliness of Digital media and the catharsis of Vinyl cut printing.   

I am inspired by the strange and macabre and the artists who outwardly appear lost in their mind somewhere and those that aren't afraid to dig at the world around them to shed light on truth.  Some of my favorite artists are MC Escher, Dr. Seuss, Andy Warhol and Patrick Nagel.
